Welcome to the updated website of the comedian and quizzer Paul Sinha!

Firstly, Paul will be returning to the Edinburgh Festival in 2017, with his new show Shout Out To My Ex. Details of venues and previews forthcoming!

Secondly, The Chase goes from strength to strength, picking up its second NTA in January.

Thirdly — in a surprising and delightful twist — the radio show Paul Sinha’s History Revision won the Rose d’Or for Best Radio Comedy at a ceremony in Berlin in September, 2016. A new series will be broadcast this year. For recording dates, check the GIG DIARY.

Latest News – April 2015

Well it has been a while since the last update. Sorry about that. But the big news is that for the first time since 2011. PAUL IS GOING TO THE EDINBURGH FESTIVAL.

The show is called “Postcards from the Z LIst” is is on at 5pm from August 7th-30th at the prestigious Stand Comedy Club. It is an all new show which will be touring in the autumn and spring.

Latest News – 10th November 2014

It has been a very busy autumn for Paul, touring the UK and completing his second Radio 4 series. Paul Sinha’s History Revision will be broadcast at 1830 on 26th November and will run for four weeks.

There are three tour dates still to come in 2014. Runcorn on 14th November has pretty much sold out, Manchester on 15th November and Aberdeen on 7th December still have tickets on sale. For details of both shows, click on “Gigs” .

In the new year, Paul is recording another “history comedy” show for Radio 4, commemorating the 600th anniversary of Magna Carta. Also on 15th November, look out for him on Fighting Talk on Radio 5.

Welcome to the second half of 2014. As well as being sat on his sofa glued to football, Paul has been commissioned for his second Radio 4 series which will be about the small matter of the history of the world. This will be recording later in the autumn.

Latest News – 10th December

As 2013 draws to a close, what a busy year it has been. Paul has had his own Radio 4 series, met with triumph and disaster on the Chase, has been touring the UK with a one man show, risen to 11th in the UK quiz rankings and has met two of his sporting heroes. And Joey Essex. (see pics)

In addition he has become an uncle for the first time, played in his first (and possibly last) allnight Countdown tournament, and got a Harry Potter question right for the very first time.

Latest News – 4th August

As always it has been an extremely busy few months for Paul. As well as recording for the second series of The Alternative Comedy Experience he has also finished recording his Radio 4 series Paul Sinha’s Citizenship Test. This will be weekly on 4 Extra from Monday August 5th, and then transfers to Radio 4 on Sunday Spetember 1st.

In addition to that, Paul will be appearing on Loose Ends (Radio 4) on Saturday August 10th , and 7 Day Sunday (Radio 5 Live) on August 24th.

As for the Chase, the show is currently on a summer break until September 2nd. There are plenty of exciting wins and losses in the can.

Welcome to 2013, in which Paul promises to get off his sorry backside and keep you informed on a far more regular basis.

The main news is that Paul has been commissioned by Radio 4 for his first series. The four episode series Paul Sinha’s Citizenship Test will be broadcast later in the summer.

In other news Paul will be on your TV screens for the new show Stewart Lee’s new show The Alternative Comedy Experience. This will be on Comedy Central soon.

As well as telly though, Paul will for two weeks be a star of the silver screen as a series of shows recorded at the Comedy Store hits the cinema screens. Full details here.
